News: TiCase has been updated for the latest revision of the PowerBook G4 Titanium. The new interior design supports both the new square power adapter and the original round model and also includes space for Apple's iPod (or a deck of cards;-)

The TiCase Story
With the hot seller iBook Bag Dr. Bott already offered the "politically correct" outfit for Apples colourful iBooks. When the Apple G4 Titanium Powerbook was introduced the clamour for a "TiBook Bag" could not be overheard.
TiBooks do fit inside an iBook Bag, no doubt about that. But if you look closer you find that this is far from ideal - and so would be any other bag-based solution. Just try flexing the TiBook screen ever so carefully and you will immediately understand what we are talking about.
A protective skin was called for. This skin had to protect from mishaps and look great, too. And it certainly was not going to add excessive girth!
Our choice fell on the case that James Bond used in The World Is Not Enough to smash a window while paving his escape route.
Dr. Bott's TiCase has what James Bond would savour:
- TiCase withstands the adversities of any mission
- TiCase provides perfect protection for its contents
- TiCase is a hi-tech workspace in no time
- TiCase is stylish, elegant and _very_ good-looking
- sorry, no dry Martinis!

TiCase and TiBook - a perfect team
TiCase sports a skin of brushed Aluminium - size, shape and colour perfectly complimenting the TiBook.
TiCase is hardly larger than the TiBook - 2 inches of styrofoam provide the necessary protection.
Matching cut-outs cover the power supply, power cable and accessories to protect the TiBook from accidental scratches.
The total combined weight of TiCase, TiBook, power supply and power cable is 5,2 kg (ca. 11,5 lbs).
TiCase can be compared to a bullet-proof kevlar vest - all the necessary protection you can get at minimal weight. For looks you would probably hang the TiCase beside a smoking, though (we are sure that is more like our favorite agent, too ;).

TiCase in action
Whether in a taxi, train or plane, your data is just a lid away.
Lift off the lid, press gently on the rear corners of the TiBook and your favorite laptop lifts into working position.
LiftoMatic® telescopic feet raise the rear of the TiBook so that the natural decline of your knees is properly balanced and the TiBook comes to a level rest in desk height.
As a side effect LiftoMatic makes room for ample air circulation under the TiBook.
And if you now look at the back of the TiBook you will be pleased to discover that you can easily flip down the lid covering the ports. Whether you fancy a mini-mouse or you require a projector to amplify your ideas - all ports are directly accessible!
We don't know whether James Bond uses a TiBook. But if he takes it with him, he would be sure to carry it in a TiCase - after all we had to leave some space for Q's gadgets!
